easier in recent years. Sanding equipment has been improved by “dustless”
technology. This greatly reduces the amount of dust.

Wood floors that have become dark and dull from years of wear or neglect
can be restored to their original beauty by refinishing. Dustless sanding
removes the old finish and exposes new wood. With the
application of a finishing material, floors are like new again.

of Airborne Dust that would settle back into your home or onto the finish
coat.
Sanding - based on “NWFA”
National Wood Flooring Association standards – three
cross cuts to maintain a level floor, followed by screening to smooth
the floor. Our competition does
two cuts.
Conditioning of Wood Floors
.. to ensure an even and uniform coverage of the stain.
Staining of Wood Floors .. stains are applied
by hand and machine buffed for uniform coverage, custom mixed stains are
available.
We use BonaKemi hardwood floor products – a demonstration on site
of stain selection to ensure your desires and compatibility with the wood
flooring.

Sealing of Wood Floors ..
ensures proper adhesions of the finish coat. We use BonaKemi USA, Inc.

Finishing of Wood Floors
.. we apply three (3) coats of finish and buff between coats to remove
any dust which has settled on the floor.
We use BonaTech “MEGA” waterborne finish by BonaKemi USA,
Inc. – LOW ODOR, Fast Dry, Unmatched Durability,
Excellent Scratch Resistance, available in three attractive
sheens – Gloss, Semi-gloss, Satin. Finishing - based on “NWFA”
National Wood Flooring Association standards

.. we apply three (3) coats of BonaTech “MEGA” floor products
and buff between coats to remove any dust which might have settled on
the floor.

New Wood Flooring. A
complete nad professional installation of new hardwood flooring, dustless
sanding and staining of your wood floors and then applying one coat of
seal and three (3) coats of BonaKemi water-based polyurethane.
Type of Wood Floors
* Solid wood is the classic. Solid wood comes in strips usually 2 1/4
inches wide. It has to be nailed down, so it requires a level, dry subfloor—no
concrete. You can sand and refinish it many times to revive the floor
and smooth out dings and scratches.

Water-based finishes have less odor and dry quickly; a
floor can be completed in two days. They can give a pristine, factory-finished
look.
